I am a native Korean with a MA in Chinese Language Teaching from Korea University of Foreign Studies and three BAs in language arts(Chinese, English, German) from universities in Korea. I am also a certified Korean language teacher and certified in ESL for children and adults. As a former ESL student, I experienced the challenges you may face learning a new language, and with my extensive language teaching experience, I can help you effectively learn Korean. I am specialized in beginners learning the basics quickly, and I customize all my lessons to meet your goals and needs. 태원샘 explains things very clearly. He's really helping me decode sentences. Also, he has a depth of knowledge about many different languages. He can connect Korean vocabulary to other more familiar words. This is helping my vocabulary retention. It's been hard for me to remember words since there are few cognates with English or Spanish (the 2 languages I know well), but he's making this much easier.
