A metodologia que adotei é focada em comunicação. Apesar de ter material de apoio para aulas tradicionais com foco em gramática, gosto de trabalhar na área da semântica, que nos permite entender o contexto de utilização das estruturas idiomáticas. Durante as aulas sempre faço questão de mostrar as contrações sonoras na pronúncia de frases, para dar mais naturalidade ao desenvolvimento do aluno.
I adopted the communication aproach. Despite having specific material for traditional classes with focus on grammar, I like to work in the area of semantics, which allows us to understand the context of use of idiomatic structures. During classes I make observations on connected speech.내 수업 자료

I highly recommend Gilvan as a Portuguese tutor. As someone who was previously scared to speak the language, Gilvan has been incredibly patient and encouraging. He creates a relaxed and supportive learning environment that has helped me build my confidence and overcome my fear of speaking.
One of the things I appreciate most about him is his ability to explain complex grammar concepts in an easily understandable way. He uses fun mathematical examples to clarify certain word uses which I appreciate a lot as I struggle with grammar. He also draws from his own experiences of learning languages such as German to provide valuable tips for language learning.
Overall, I have had a fantastic experience learning Portuguese with Gilvan. He is an excellent tutor who is passionate about helping me achieve my goal of being able to converse fluently in Portuguese. I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their language skills.

Gilvan is an excellent professor, one that I would highly recommend for English speakers looking to improve their Portuguese. His understanding of both English and Portuguese is excellent, which allows him to explain grammar, idioms, and cultural ideas in detail.
