Teaching style and classroom atmosphere: Teacher Joey is professional, but also friendly and engaging. He brings prepared activities to every class, but he is also flexible -- when there are questions about new vocabulary or grammar concepts, he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly before moving on. Classes are generally pretty structured, which I appreciate.
Class materials: Teacher Joey always brings slides/Word documents to class. These have grammar explanations and examples and conversation prompts. Sometimes they have images too (to start discussions), and sometimes there are more extended passages for reading practice. He also types directly in the documents during class, so I can see new words/grammar in real-time. He shares the class materials after each lesson, which is extremely useful for studying in between lessons.

Teacher Joey gave me tons of exercises and drills to help with my grammar skills that are really helpful with my weaknesses. Teacher Joey helps build a very well planned lesson plan to help get rid of any roadblocks in your language journey.
