I had a wonderful experience learning with Rumeysaa. She was incredibly patient and honest when answering my questions about her religion, which I really appreciated. Her openness created a comfortable and respectful learning environment, and I felt encouraged to ask anything on my mind. In addition to this, she taught me some basic Turkish in a clear and engaging way. Her teaching style is easy to follow, and she made sure to adapt the lessons to my pace and interests. Rumeysaa is a wonderful teacher! Her teaching style is more open ended than your typical 'classroom-style' instruction, but this is incredibly valuable because you get much more Turkish conversation practice rather than endlessly discussing grammatical rules in English. Also, she's a wonderful person and a joy to talk to, and she is extremely patient and supportive. Thank you Rumeysaa!

Rumeysaa teaches in a relaxed conversational style, which I really like. I think my Turkish will improve a lot now that I started taking classes with her. In the past I have been taught mostly Turkish grammar and basic vocabulary, so it's the right time for me to start taking my Turkish to the next level with regular conversational practice.
