My name is Sheyha Hout. I am a Cambodian, currently living in the NW part of Cambodia. I have loved learning languages since I was young. So, I am glad to work as a Language Teacher of Khmer Language.
I have worked as a Teaching Assistant for 2 years until I resigned from the school in December 2018 to acquire full time Khmer Language Tutoring.
My lessons are based on my readily prepared Course Books from Beginner to Intermediate Levels. And if requested, I most likely am able to prepare the lessons according to the students' needs.
As a general rule, students are required to listen to instructions and rules composed by teachers. Apart from this, let us just have fun learning Khmer.
Up until now, I have tutored many individuals. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching their abilities grow as they utilize their new knowledge of other languages
I have worked as a Teaching Assistant from October 2016 until December 2017, then my position was raised up to be a Head Teaching Assistant until I resigned from the school in December 2018 to acquire full time self-employment
My lessons are based on my readily prepared Course Books from Beginner to Intermediate Levels. And if requested, I most likely am able to prepare the lessons according to the students' needs.

Sheyha is an excellent tutor who caters to the student's specific needs and level. He also has his well-structured and clear materials. Beyond that, he teaches you new words that go beyond the materials.
You will accelerate your learning of the Khmer language under him. Having been taught by him consistently for the past 4 months, I have gone from barely being able to speak a word of Khmer to now being basic conversational - which is crazy progress. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to learn Khmer.

As there are very few Khmer teachers on italki, I wasn’t sure I would be able to find someone who I would work well with. However, having my now 5th lesson with Sheyha, I am very impressed by how quickly I am getting better. It’s just like having fun conversation and I always enjoy my lesson.

Lessons with Sheyha are very enjoyable as well as very informative. He has a fun personality and does a very good mix of a solid learning environment and fun. Very patient as well and easy to understand. I started as almost a complete beginner and he has taken my understanding of Khmer quite a ways from where I started.

Bong Sheyha is really a great teacher. Continuing review of lessons I did before I took a break of over a year, and it's going very well. Remembering things I forgot and also learning new things and refining what I do know. Great lesson!
