I always have a great time talking to 나연쌤 in Korean. She teaches me so many things that you just cannot learn from books. Before starting italki with Nayeon, I hadn't spoken Korean in 8 years and was sooo awkward in our first lesson. After just 3 lessons, I feel like I've regained a lot of my confidence in speaking Korean again. Thank you so much!

Nayeon is an excellent teacher who goes beyond her normal duties in teaching. She listens attentively and corrects you when necessary. She gives you the latest expressions and slang to help you really sound like a native speaker. Thank you so much!

나연 is a fantastic teacher. I really enjoy her classes. She is patient and considerate, and she takes a lot of care with our classes. As such, I feel like I am making good progress from working with her.

Nayeon teacher was amazing! She was able to quickly assess my skill level and led the conversation at a pace where I struggled but had enough knowledge to still get through eventually. Challenging but not impossibly difficult. During our conversation, she would keep notes of words or phrases that I didn't understand with the definition in English so I can review them after our lesson. This is my first time on italki so I was worried that it would be super awkward but Nayeon teacher was so friendly and easy to talk to, time passed by super quickly. Highly recommended.
