Praful is an amazing teacher, he is very patient, the material is always well prepared, the lessons have a good structure. He explains in an understandable way, also introduces a friendly atmosphere, thanks to which you are happy to come to the next lesson. I recommend him with all my heart!

I have taken Marathi lessons with Praful for 8 months. Praful is a dedicated teacher who always gives his 110%. The lessons are a mix of reviewing study materials, practice conversations, reading pages from Marathi books, watching videos, and oral & written tests. What I like about his teaching style: - Detailed study materials. - Systematic approach to grammar. - Teaches both formal and informal conjugations. - Teaches the rules, then focuses on developing good instinct and feel for the language through repetition. E.g. He spent almost 6 weeks drilling modal auxiliaries. It was the toughest topic so far but now I am much more comfortable with informal conversation. - Customizes content to match the student's interests and weak areas. - Regular tests to review recently covered materials. Most of all he genuinely wants his students to get good at the language. I have no hesitation in recommending Praful to anyone serious about learning Marathi.

Praful is a wonderful teacher, he managed to make me look forward to his classes for over 9 months! I appreciate his strictness in taking couple of classes per week and doing homeworks, I wouldn't have learned so much and probably would have lost motivation otherwise. You can tell that not only he cares about the students, but he also has a deep knowledge of grammar and the language: and has prepared wonderful notes and exams for students to practice! I'm very thankful for his time and really recommend studying with him if you are serious about learning Marathi.

I have been taking Marathi lessons with Praful for almost a year now, and I can confidently say that he is an excellent teacher. Praful is diligent, trustworthy, and patient. You will not have to worry about getting lost as Praful adjusts the lessons to your speed. Praful is great at explaining complex Marathi grammar clearly and simply, breaking each concept into manageable pieces. This makes the learning process easy and rewarding. Praful has written a lot of his own material which is great for revising outside of lessons. He also provides regular homework assignments and tests which are invaluable for tracking my progress and helping me practice the concepts we studied. Praful’s engaging teaching style has kept me motivated and consistent with learning Marathi. This has finally allowed me to see the progress I had been looking for. So if you want to take your Marathi to the next level, I highly recommend taking lessons with Praful.

I was incredibly grateful to have completed a year of lessons with Praful. I’m a 2nd gen living in the States and have always struggled to pick up Marathi for the last 30 years. I realized I needed a more structured approach to learning my mother tongue and found an excellent teacher in Praful. Praful quickly found where I was in my process and helped me get through gramar concepts and tenses that I’ve struggled to understand my whole life. Now I’m able to speak with my family and feel more comfortable visiting India. It’s rare to find a passionate teacher who will invest in your progress and motivate you to keep trying during difficulties. Praful was always on-time and prepared with study materials to match my speaking level. I often had an unpredictable schedule with international travel, but was able to maintain a twice a week cadence thanks to the wide range of his availability (I’m not sure when he sleeps :) ). I couldn’t recommend Praful enough.

Praful gave a good balance between grammar and conversation and incorporated grammatical points as we were talking, so that the learning process seemed natural and instinctive. He is good at establishing weak spots in knowledge and working on improving these areas. The lesson covered a lot of ground in an hour and I felt I had learned many things quickly.
