I have taught Arabic in a variety of settings including the workplace and the financial sector. I did a postgraduate teaching degree through which I learnt many pedagogical principles. I like to teach creatively and dynamically and make my lessons engaging and fun, using whatever resource interests the student. I give children plenty of reward and praise, and adults plenty of encouragement, autonomy and constructive feedback. I like to build a good rapport with my students and ensure they enjoy every lesson. 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
I have designed my own syllabus which is the backbone of my teaching, but I find myself tweaking it for different students to provide a more tailored programme depending on the student's learning style, background knowledge or the reason they are leaning Arabic. My lessons are therefore quite varied and I go at the pace that students are happy with, whether they want to be fast-tracked or whether they want to progress slowly and steadily. I aim to instil a passion for Arabic in all my students so they continue to teach themselves and maybe others one day.내 수업 자료

Ala'a is patient and methodical with my 7 year old. She has really taken the trouble to understand his interests, likes and dislikes and tailors the lesson to hold his attention. He looks forward to his Arabic with Ala'a and has come on leaps and bounds.

Ala is an excellent Arabic teacher. She is very patient, uses different tools and teaching styles depending on what works for the student, is very friendly and flexibe. Very large amount of material is learnt each lesson and she makes it easier to learn. She is always on time and very reliable. Highly recommend!
