Ragini

Great lesson with Ragini! We reviewed numbers and colors, which Ragini wanted me to memorize. Ragini had some laughs when I got numbers wrong. We also did the oral exercises from chapter 38 (transitive/intransitive verbs). Ragini helped me understand some of the tricky questions. Ragini challenges me in a good way to help me improve!

Great lesson with Ragini! We focused on conversation in the lesson. Ragini asked me questions about Christmas and New Year's. Ragini was very creative and varied the questions such that the answers were in different times - past, present, future. It was not easy but was great practice!

Great lesson with Ragini! We focused the lesson on speaking and storytelling. I prepared a story which I read. Ragini then retold the story while changing it a little bit. We then practiced using the habitual (होता हैं). Speaking is a bit slow for me at the moment, but Ragini taught me the grammar I need. I think she has the right idea to focus more on speaking, it is really helping!

Great lesson with Ragini! We had a lot of conversation in the lesson. Ragini taught me a lot of grammar and knows that I understand. However, my speaking ability is behind my grammar knowledge at the moment. We spend a lot more time speaking, which is a difficult but necessary challenge. Fortunately, Ragini is patient and is very good at knowing when to help and when to let me try to figure out what to say!

We've already been through a lot of grammar, which will really help in conversation. Ragini is very supportive and really creative in thinking of ways to help me learn!

Ragini has the right idea that my speaking ability is what needs the most effort now, since we almost completed all the chapters of the textbook. It was a bit difficult being out of my comfort zone, but it helped me learn. Thanks to Ragini for being able to adapt the lesson to what is important!
