Can't understand native speakers? I got you! As a language learner myself, I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and currently learning Italian and Turkish. A Master's from Sciences Po 🎓, years in the French diplomatic service and NGOs across Ecuador, Cambodia, Spain and Thailand — and now life in the Caribbean 🏝️, where I surf, dive and dance salsa. That curiosity and appetite for other cultures shape every lesson I give. My approach is direct and results-driven: no endless verb lists, no boring exercises. Each session is built around a real theme and real communication goals — whether you're preparing for a move to France, a trip to Paris, a job interview, or simply want to understand YouTube videos in French. I really appreciate my classes with Lauren. She’s taking the extra effort to read a book along with me and use that as a tool to help me progress with my language skills. Before starting this book she took the time to use a movie as an opportunity to help me advance. Her creative approach to language learning has made bumping up my skills in French more interesting than a typical class. Highly recommend her😊
