Hello. I'm Julie Park. I was born and raised in Seoul, Korea.
I majored in Japanese language. And after graduation I used to work in Tokyo for several years.
These days, I enjoy watching Korean dramas and Youtube.
I'm a good listener. I think this is a strong point when I teach Korean.
I'd like to help you to improve your Korean.

初めまして、私はパクと言います。韓国のソウルで生まれ育ちました。
大学で日本語を専攻し、東京で数年間働いたこともあります。
最近はK-ドラマやYouTubeなどにハマっています。
私は聞き上手です。これは韓国語を教える上に強みになると思います。
皆さんの韓国語能力アップにお役に立ちたいと思います。
次の二つのクラスの中から選ぶことができます。
*Listen & Repeat：聞いて、繰り返して言う授業です。スクリプトを見ながら先生と丸暗記をします。
*Conversation(会話)：添削、発音の修正、表現力のアップを図らいます。

Julie is an incredibly experienced instructor with two very clear, different methods that her students can choose from. The Conversation with Feedback included a very clear review of intonation include diagrams of the different patterns, which is something a lot of instructors don't explain. Her Listen & Repeat method slowly walks you through a short paragraph/story that introduces different vocab and grammar patterns and by the end the aim is for you to have memorized it. She asked that going forward I try to memorize the paragraph in advance which was the very effective method my university Japanese classes employed. Overall, incredibly happy and her rates are very reasonable considering the level of professionalism and dedication. As I live in Japan we used Japanese to proceed.
