Lynn

I've been learning with Lynn for 9 months now. As a Korean American without any other Koreans to practice speaking Korean with other than my parents, my classes with Lynn has been invaluable. She provides a natural balance of teaching in with conversational practice but always includes a structured lesson too which includes a great reading and comprehension element that really weaves back into improving my vocabulary. As an adult in my 40s, finding time to do homework and take a class isn't always top priority but I'm so glad to be making time for them. My family in Korea and my parents have all remarked on how noticeably improved my Korean has gotten and know that's in large part thanks to Lynn. 선생님 덕분에 한국어 실력이 늘었다는 것을 가족들에게 인정받았습니다. 매주 선생님께 배우면서 자신감을 얻고 있습니다. 선생님께 감사드립니다. 앞으로도 열심히 하겠습니다. 잘 부탁드립니다!

I have been studying with Lynn 선생님 now for a number of months. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions and I see steady progress. Her lessons are carefully crafted to enable structured reading, vocabulary, and grammar segments along with conversational sections. She is very responsive to my learning needs. 선생님 is professional, friendly, patient, and encouraging - striking a perfect balance to create a supportive environment to help me achieve my language goals. 감사합니다!

Llevo dos meses de clase con la profesora Lynn, dos veces por semana, y no podría estar más contenta. Es una profesora estupenda, desde el principio adaptó las clases a mi nivel y a mi ritmo de aprendizaje. Es paciente y amable, y te explica las cosas las veces que haga falta hasta que las entiendas. Tanto las clases orales como los materiales escritos que proporciona son coherentes entre sí. Personalmente, sus clases me motivan mucho a seguir aprendiendo este precioso idioma. Si estás buscando a un buen profesor de coreano, no busques más, la profesora Lynn no te decepcionará.

I had a great first lesson with Lynn 선생님! She was very friendly and supportive, which made it easy to learn from her. She was also good about giving me time to form sentences, which was really helpful since I often know what I would like to say, but just need a minute to construct the sentence. Thank you for the lesson :).
