Do you want to survive daily life in Serbia - at the market, with neighbours, at work?
I help adult beginners build real conversational skills from day one, without overwhelming grammar rules.
I'm Dunja, a native Serbian speaker with a university degree in Serbian language and literature and 7+ years of experience teaching adults from all over the world.
Over the years, I've taught individual and group classes at different levels - from complete beginners to advanced speakers. I love languages, teaching, and creating materials that help adults learn Serbian in a clear, simple and enjoyable way.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, writing and spending time with my pets.지도 경험
As a teacher, I am patient, encouraging and very attentive to my students’ needs.
I know that learning a new language as an adult can feel intimidating, so I work hard to create a calm, supportive atmosphere where you feel comfortable speaking, even when you’re not sure you’re saying everything perfectly.
My explanations are short and clear, I give plenty of examples, and I never rush my students.
People often tell me they appreciate my clarity, kindness and the sense that they can ask anything without pressure or judgment.

My lessons follow a communicative and interactive approach, which means that we focus on real-life examples and real-life conversations in a way that encourages the students to speak as much as possible.
A typical lesson includes a short warm-up conversation, review of previous material, reading or listening activities, clear grammar explanation, and guided speaking practices and activities .
I usually offer lightweight homework (10–20 minutes) to help reinforce what we covered.
I use a structured textbook along with many additional materials I create to make lessons dynamic, practical and fun.내 수업 자료

BA in Serbian Language and Literature - University of Belgrade - 2022Bachelor’s Degree in Serbian Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade. Certified to teach Serbian language and literature at all levels. Experienced in teaching Serbian to non-native speakers.

I really enjoyed learning Serbian with Dunja. The lessons were well-structured, engaging, and adapted to my level. Dunja explains all topics clearly and always provides useful examples.
