Hello! I'm Megan from Ohio, USA but now I live in Liverpool, UK with my husband, Liam. I have a Bachelor’s degree in English, a Level 5 TEFL certificate, and some experience with the Occupational English Test and IELTS. I have worked with many different students from all over the world and of many different ages for nearly 5 years. So far, I have taught in China, Spain, and online for three years now. I also currently do teaching support at Special Education Schools in Liverpool and I am working on a Teaching Assistant certification. I love learning languages and have learned Spanish, French and am learning Chinese now. When I'm not teaching I enjoy learning languages and ancient history.지도 경험
I am a very enthusiastic and energetic teacher who loves seeing her students learn. I'm very organized but also flexible and have large range of materials to help students learn. If I can have a positive impact on my pupils' futures, I feel I am doing my job well. I'm an effective communicator and I can also help my students become the same. It is important to cater to all different learning abilities and I'm able to do so. My students describe me as approachable and friendly so there is no need to be nervous in my class. I have helped many students from around the world improve their English skills, grammar, speaking, vocabulary etc. exponentially. My areas of focus are culture, phonology.내 강의 및 지도 스타일
My favorite part of teaching is seeing students succeed and being part of the fun process of language learning. My philosophy is to be patient no matter what and relate English to the students' lives to make it even more interesting. My lessons encourage students to speak as much as they can and to become more confident. Students of mine have described me as warm and approachable. I love when a student tells me they aren't confident speaking but then speak the whole class. You can always do it if you try! Lessons can also be adapted for many learning needs but are always colorful and unforgettable. My goal is to be sure my students reach their goals whatever they are.내 수업 자료

My child (teenager) has been taking regular English lessons (A2/B1 level) with Megan for around six months now. Megan is absolutely an exceptional teacher.
She's always clear in her explanations; the classes are structured and are held in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. The lessons cover all aspects of the language - reading, writing, speaking, and listening. The topics for discussion are relevant, which makes learning enjoyable.
I have noticed significant progress in my child's language skills, and the best part is that the child is eager to use English and communicate in English in any situation.
