Hey. My name is Alex and I'm a 23-year-old soccer player. I like getting to know new people, languages, and cultures. I love to talk about literature and music and I deeply enjoy traveling. I'm very passionate about sports and because of my soccer career, I've been able to travel a lot in Mexico and other countries. I'm looking forward to meeting you. Qué tal. Me llamo Alex y soy un futbolista de 23 años. Me gusta conocer gente nueva, idiomas y culturas. Me encanta hablar de literatura y música y disfruto mucho viajar. Me apasiona el deporte y gracias a mi carrera futbolística he podido viajar mucho en México y otros países. Me dará mucho gusto conocerte.

My native language is Spanish and I speak English at a native level. I can help you learn the Mexican, Latin American, and/or Spain's Spanish, including their slang and different cultural elements. Regarding English, I grew up learning the North American manner but I'm also familiar with British English. Mi lengua madre es el español y hablo inglés al mismo nivel. Puedo ayudarte a aprender el español de México, Latinoamerica y/o España, incluyendo su jerga y los distintos elements culturales. En cuanto al inglés, crecí aprendiendo el de Estado Unidos pero también estoy familiarizado con el de Inglaterra.

I want our lessons to be very dynamic and fluent, which is why I love including lots of different activities that will help you achieve your goals efficiently and successfully. Besides Spanish and English, I speak fluent French, and I'm learning Italian and Portuguese, so I know what it's like to be in the process of learning a new language. Quiero que nuestras lecciones sean muy dinámicas y fluidas, por lo cual, me gusta mucho incluir distintas actividades que te ayudarán a cumplir tus metas eficientemente y con éxito. Además del español y el inglés, hablo francés con fluidez, y estoy aprendiendo italiano y portugués, así que sé lo que es estar aprendiendo un nuevo idioma.

I have been working with Alex for a couple months now. I thoroughly enjoy learning from him. He is super patient and adds levity to each lesson. He structures each lesson to fit the learners needs and wants. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to learn the target languages of English or Spanish to reach out to Alex. Me gustó mucho mi clase con Alex, entendió muy bien cuáles son mis metas y me hizo sentir muy seguro y muy confiado. Se ve que entiende muy bien el inglés y me hizo entender todo lo que me estaba diciendo. Se los recomiendo!

Alex is a great teacher! He really understands language and explains concepts in a way that's easy to grasp. The lesson was enjoyable and fun because he creates such a relaxed atmosphere. It's obvious he took time to plan it out, which included a video, comprehension questions, and a discussion. I learned a lot, just in the trial lesson! I will definitely book again and recommend him to anyone wanting to learn Spanish or English!
