I can describe myself as friendly, kind and respectful person. As a teacher I like to teach diverse students. I believe the differences these students bring to the class make the lessons unique. Such a positive energy can promote learning. I try to make a difference in the lives of the students and create a comfortable learning environment through my passion of teaching and the dedication which I have to improve my students' abilities. I plan lessons according to the levels of the students. I like to assess them by formative assessments, I believe it helps the students to improve their learning, and it helps the students as well as me to identify their strengths and weaknesses and the areas that need work.
