I teach a lot of lessons without a specific topic that the students discuss, allowing them the freedom to talk about anything they want.
My class is a simple casual conversation to help them speak comfortably and get used to it through listening and engaging in real conversation. Sometimes, there are activities. I had 20+ lessons of "real-life spoken Tagalog crash course" with Debbie. She is a great teacher: organized, observant, fun, and encouraging. And our lessons were enjoyable, interesting, fun, and very effective. I can recommend her wholeheartedly.
