Hello! My name is Kaori. I'm a qualified Japanese language teacher.
I was born and raised in Tokyo, so I speak Japanese with a standard accent.
Now I live in the countryside of Nagano prefecture.
I love singing very much, and I used to sing on the stage a lot.
I sing both Japanese and English songs, and sometimes post my songs on social media.
I'm also interested in spiritual things, the universe, Irish music, movies, and so on.
I like traveling, too.
I've visited USA (stayed for 3 months), the UK (stayed for 1 month), France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, and Singapore.지도 경험
I’ve been teaching English to Japanese students for more than 30 years.
Previously, I worked for a Japanese language school and I also held private lessons for foreign students.
I enjoy teaching a lot and it's rewarding for me to see my students grow up.
I'd be very happy if I could convey not only Japanese language but also Japanese culture through my lessons.내 강의 및 지도 스타일
In my lessons, I’d like to teach practical Japanese.
1. If you are a beginner, I'd like to teach practical phrases before dealing with complicated grammar.
I'd like to use the textbook “NIHONGO FUN & EASY Survival Japanese Conversation for Beginners”.
You will be able to learn practical Japanese for immediate use in the real world.
I also have a class for beginners who want to learn grammar and conversation using the textbook “GENKI”.
2. If you are an intermediate or advanced, I’d like to practice conversation freely.
However, If you have a textbook you want to use or any other requests, please let me know in advance.
