Hello! I'm Jessie and I have a B.A in English Literature and a CELTA Certificate from International House. I have been teaching English as a foreign language for over 10 years and from my travels around the world, I have learnt to speak Spanish and Portuguese.
From both learning and teaching a language I know all the trials and tribulations and also the fun and satisfaction you can get from it. For me, language is like a logic puzzle; you must put the parts together in the right way for it to make any sense.
Apart from English teaching, I am passionate about health, Ayurveda (india's ancient science), Yoga, reading, writing poetry, making videos and sitting by water :)지도 경험
As a teacher I am very patient, kind and understanding. I feel it is paramount to have good rapport between teacher and student because it makes it far easier to learn if you feel relaxed and are enjoying yourself.

Jessie is an excellent teacher. I can feel my English improving with every lesson. I’ve started to gain confidence in my spoken English and I’m learning a lot — including how to sound more like a native speaker. The lessons are quite diverse: we go over interesting articles, work on common mistakes, and, of course, have engaging and relaxed conversations. I highly recommend this teacher.
