Anya is a tremendous teacher - highly professional, systematic/structured, engaging, and able to focus on nuances without this seeming to be pedantic or making it a transgression from the overarching lesson content.

Anya's a great teacher: methodical, prepared, and knowledgeable. She's able to explain the subtle usage differences Russian and English words, which really helps me understand.

I've been learning Russian with Anya for almost six months now, and I couldn't be happier. Anya is an incredibly patient, precise, and thoughtful teacher. Her lessons are always well and careful prepared to help me expand my knowledge while also consolidating what we've already learned. We're now able to have short discussions in Russian, and it's incredibly rewarding whenever I'm able to get my point across and form a sentence on my own. With Anya, Russian has become by far the most enjoyable language I've ever studied. I'm really enthusiastic about learning and can't wait to keep progressing. Anya is a terrific teacher, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!
