Elisabeth is an absolutely fantastic teacher!! She has God given gift for being able to help you pronounce difficult Norwegian words. I needed to have a lesson about how best to speak with a Pastor in Norsk and Elisabeth very carefully explained multiple different ways to express what I was wanting to communicate to the Pastor. Elisabeth teaches you so much in a short time and explains it incredibly well so you can comprehend all of it.

The teacher cancelled the lesson on me, saying that she doesn't have room for any new individual students. For some reason, italki did not stop me from booking with her.. and I feel that a change needs to be made to the italki system to more clearly display teachers' real availabilities. now I am waiting for a refund.

I’ve had the pleasure of studying norwegian with Elisabeth for some lessons now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is not just a great teacher but also an exceptional tutor over all. Elisabeth tailors her lessons around the students specific needs, she is engaging and effective in her teaching style. She is completely dedicated to the student’s progress and will go the distance to make sure that the student feels confident in their skills. In addition to that she has always been available whenever I needed to communicate something with her.
