Hello, I am Sungkyun Oh(call me ohssi), Qualified korean language teacher.
I was born and raised in Seoul Korea, and now I live in Gimpo
I majored civil engineering in university and international business management in graduate school, later majored social welfare and korean education in university.
I taught Korean to US Forces in Korea and Foreigners for over three years.

Form Beginner to Advanced
Teach from beginner to advanced level with basic/common topics & also based on your interest & favorites (culture, sightseeing, K-Pop, food, dramas, singers. etc.)
If you tell me what you want to learn, we can choose the right material for that purpose.
I will define teaching methods depends on yours.
I usually speak Korean and English when I teach if you're a beginner, but try to speak as much Korean as possible.

이 선생님은 시간을 내어 설명하고 제 발음을 도와줍니다. 난독증 환자인 저는 한국어 읽기가 어렵지만, 이 선생님 덕분에 한국어 읽기와 이해에 대해 점점 더 자신감을 갖게 되었습니다.
This teacher takes the time to explain things and helps with my pronunciation. As a person with dyslexia, it is hard for me to read Korean, but because of this teacher I am becoming more and more confident about my reading and understanding of the Korean language.

I was Ohssi's first student, and he did a terrific job! He explained the grammar really well, and spoke as much Korean as possible. He was very patient, and I'd recommend him as a teacher!
