My name is Rafael. My pedagogical approach integrates contemporary methodologies such as Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) and Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) to deliver dynamic, customized lessons aligned with your specific objectives, whether for business communication, travel preparation, or certification exams like CELPE-Bras. - My classes are conducted via Zoom. Our materials will be available on Google Drive and will be updated weekly with homework assignments. Before the classes begin, please fill out this form. It will help me tailor the classes exclusively to your goals and personal interests: https://forms.gle/R4wZPghvcm4me5Fo8 I hold a degree in Linguistics from the Federal University of Bahia. My methodology integrates the most current research-backed techniques in second language acquisition, including Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) and Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), which prioritize meaningful, real-world communication and authentic language use. My classes are dynamic, flexible, but structured. I believe it is important that learners feel confident and comfortable, so my role is to help you reach that place. The content of my classes are all unique and based upon the CEFR. Learning a language always means navigating uncertain terrain: you lack the words, you're vaguely aware that you're constantly mangling the grammar, you fail to understand things you feel you should understand... It's no small feat, then, for a teacher to ease some of that insecurity and unblock you, and I'm happy to report that Rafael managed to do exactly that, while also coming prepared with a clear plan and structured material to move things forward on a more technical level.
