Hi! I’m Lara — a fun, friendly native English speaker from the U.S. with a passion for helping people communicate with confidence. I’ve lived in Australia for over 13 years and travelled to more than 50 countries, experiences that taught me how language connects people and opens doors. With a BFA and an MBA, I bring both creativity and professionalism to my lessons.
Before teaching, I built a career in advertising and marketing. Now, I help students express themselves naturally and confidently, whether they’re preparing for interviews, working in international environments, or just want to enjoy a nice conversation. My goal is making English feel easier, more natural, and a lot more fun!
I’m a friendly, supportive teacher who helps students feel confident speaking English in any situation. Whether you’re looking for relaxed conversation practice or focused job/residency interview preparation, I’ll guide you with patience and clear feedback. My lessons are engaging, practical, and designed to help you express yourself naturally and confidently. Together, we’ll build your fluency, boost your vocabulary, and help you communicate with ease—both in everyday life and professional settings.
I offer lessons that are practical and enjoyable, tailored to your goals. For conversation practice, lessons are fun, dynamic, and interactive—we’ll talk about a variety of topics, use news articles, and focus on helping you express yourself naturally and confidently.
