I was born and raised in Seoul South Korea, currently living in Vancouver Canada. I also lived in London for over a year and Little rock Arkansas for two years. Living and studying in different countries allowed me to meet various people and experience different cultures.
I've worked in the education industry for over 10 years including international language schools and career community colleges.
I am interested in outdoor activities, biking, Kayaking, swimming. I play many different sports such as tennis, badminton and basketball. As much as I like spending time outside, I also like spending time home when it's raining or whenever I feel like being lazy.지도 경험
Living and studying abroad in many different countries allowed me to meet various people and experience different cultures. It also put me in a very unique position to teach foreign students. 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
Id like my students get excited/entertained during my class as I think learning new language should be fun.
I may use English for beginners when it's necessary however, I still think strictly using Korean during class will be beneficial for students. I also use different materials and topics depending on levels내 수업 자료

Another great time with teacher Vancoupe. Each session is more comfortable than the next and I always leave energized and ready to do life in Korean as much as I can lol. I love that everytime I have a lesson I learn many vocabulary words and grammar. My listening is getting a little better each class and when I struggle teacher Vancoupe is patient and kind to help me understand. I like how he repeats things so that I can know and understand it for real. I know when I am able to schedule more classes I will better at retaining what he is teaching. I can only do once a week right now but even this helps me to grow in language journey. If you want a teacher who is fun and kind and serious all at the same time Teacher vancoupe is for you. He is such a dope teacher and will really help your language journey grow. Thank you so much teacher Vancoupe I appreciate all your hard work.
