Hi. I am Chris and I’m a qualified and experienced teacher of English as a foreign language and a native speaker of British English. I have taken more than 4000 lessons on italki and have many regular students.
I am very patient and passionate about the English language. My relaxed lesson style will boost your confidence, make you feel less nervous and enable you to improve your English skills by helping you sound more natural.지도 경험
My lessons will help you achieve your goal of being fluent, reaching profiency level, reducing your accent, sounding more natural and improving your vocabulary through stimulating conversation on a wide range of topics. Exam technique is as important as ability when taking IELTS or Cambridge exams, I can help you raise your score.
My lesson style is relaxed and informal, I will help you feel more confident and less nervous when speaking. I allow students to speak as much as possible but I also listen very attentively for grammar and pronunciation errors and will help you to reduce mistakes through clear explanation and example sentences.내 강의 및 지도 스타일
I am flexible about the content of the lessons and try to structure them according to YOUR needs. I will initially assess your level, and focus on reducing weaknesses so that you can see a clear improvement in your level and self confidence.
Technique is vital to pass standard exams like IELTS and Cambridge. We will practise technique together and I will give feedback on your answers and offer suggestions on attaining a higher test score.

I booked several IELTS sessions with Chris two years ago and got great improvement about my speaking because of his help, after that I moved to the U.K. and have started a new life here, now I'd like to raise my English level to an advanced level so I'm considering making a new study plan with him again, as he is the kind of teacher who really cares about what you can learn from his class and puts his feet into his students' shoes. He is tone of the most enlightening teachers among those I've met so far.

I've been working with Chris for almost half a year, and the experience has been exceptional. Chris is calm, detail-oriented, and consistently provides immediate feedback whenever I make mistakes. This has been essential for improving my fluency.
Chris always prepares for our lessons, tailoring them to the appropriate level, which is very important to me. Through our sessions, I've also learned a lot about the way native speakers talk, which can be quite different from the textbook English I learned through self-study.
