Hello! My name is Chiharu and live in Osaka. I am a native speaker with a broad vocabulary. I enjoy traveling, movies, reading, gardening and eating ramen🍜. I love to communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I've traveled to 45 of Japan's 47 prefectures, so I can recommend places to visit here. Outside of Japan, I’ve been to the United States, Canada, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Greece and Italy. I'd love to visit more places. Please share me some spots and food in your country. For over 10 years at universities, I have helped international students and improve their Japanese language skills, taught them Japanese customs, and supported them in making their lives in Japan smoother. I understand how difficult it can be to learn Japanese and get used to different customs. In my lessons, we’ll focus on practical Japanese conversation—whether it's for travel, daily life, or polite business settings. Planning a trip to Japan? Chiharu-san is a great teacher! Her lessons are well-structured. I always know what to expect and study for the next lesson. She's very attentive and readily explains any concepts I don't understand and is eager to answer questions I have. Chiharu is an excellent teacher. She constantly corrected my mistakes in both Japanese grammar and pronunciation, which is something few teachers actually do. She also speaks very naturally, which made it easier to learn real, everyday Japanese. I really enjoyed the lessons and highly recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their Japanese.
