Nana-san has been creative with her ways with teaching which especially works well for those looking to fix their gaps in Japanese (instead of textbook ways of learning). It really helps me to keep my motivation to be able to use everything I’ve learned from her especially for my bilingual work.

Today I had another lesson with Nana Sensei. She is very patient and prepares the lessons with a high level of detail. She explains the grammar concepts very clearly and provides multiple examples to make it clear how to use the grammar so it is easier to understand. I am looking forward to the next class.

Nana is an excellent tutor. She always lets me do what I would like in our classes and supports me every step of the way. We have been splitting our classes up between studying from a textbook and reading Japanese articles that I choose. Nana not only tells me all the words I don't know and puts them in the chat during our classes, she also makes a Google doc with all the words in with simple Japanese definitions for me to come back to later. She also gets me to make example sentences for any new grammar we learn and adds them to the same Google doc. It is such a big help when I need to review what we went over in class. Nana is always patient and will answer any questions you have about Japanese or Japanese culture. I highly recommend you take her classes. She has a variety of lessons for every level so you can feel at ease taking her lessons no matter your Japanese level.
