Martha is such an easy person to talk to. She asks great questions and guides you along to answering them. She is flexible to whatever is most comfortable to you about the level of feedback she provides. Martha cares and listens very well. She is very tech-savvy and will quickly pull up pictures to things she is referencing so I can understand Mexican culture and other things that a visual helps with.
