Hi! I'm Minji, a native Korean speaker born and raised in Korea, currently living in Canada. I'm fluent in both Korean and English, and I understand the challenges of learning a new language because I’ve been through it myself! That’s why I want to make learning Korean fun, engaging, and stress-free for my students.

I’ve had two lessons with Minji 쌤 so far and they’ve been both incredibly helpful and enjoyable. She’s very friendly, patient, and encouraging. Speaking is still quite difficult for me but she always adjusts the conversation and questions to match my level. The grammar and expressions we’ve gone over have been just the right amount of challenging. I’m really looking forward to our upcoming lessons ^^

I had a wonderful first lesson with Minji Seo and am looking forward to our next lesson. She is patient and has a very calm energy. I find speaking Korean nerve racking but Minji Seo made me feel very comfortable and we had a lot of laughs along the way. She discussed plans for our next lesson and tailored our class to my interests and learning style. I finished our class feeling very excited by what I had learnt, and felt like I had improved in our time together and learnt some new grammar points. I’m looking forward to our next class.

It’s been so many months working with Minji and I think I’m getting a little better (maybe?) 🤣 I’m thankful she is patient and introduces me to a lot of different phrases and vocab that come up in our conversations. Thank you for your helping me!

I always enjoy my sessions with 민지씨!! She takes time to explain Korean grammar rules that I don't understand or haven't quite grasped yet and makes them easier to understand. And I love how she then helps me apply that concept into examples for practice. I'm beginning to make more complex sentences with her help which is great for conversation!

I got really good listening practice in today’s class which was awesome!! Listening is a skill I love working on so I appreciate Minji telling me a story simply enough that I could understand most of it. Thank you!

It's always so fun talking to 선생님 민지 씨! Even though I still make sooo many mistakes, I feel encouraged to keep talking in Korean. It's really helping my confidence even though the conversation is really simple. I always appreciate the time Minji gives me to help me with my Korean studies. Thank you!
