If we're lucky, we all have memories of our favorite teacher or teachers who we fondly remember from our childhood. That was true for me until I met Manon. I am studying with my favorite teacher now. I've been studying with her once a week for nearly a year and cannot recommend her enough. She has never missed a lesson, is always prepared but flexible, is thoughtful, encouraging, kind, very smart, talented, and simply a lovely human being to spend an hour with and learn from. Recently, I had the incredible experience of meeting a French family in my own Los Angeles neighborhood with whom I was able to speak for roughly ten minutes entirely in French. I can't tell you the joy that gave me. That's the result of Manon's work. She will bring you joy.

I love these classes! They're the missing piece to my French learning. I've been dabbling in learning on my own, but Manon is helping me to really focus on daily, concrete strategies like listening to podcasts and then summarizing, speaking about a topic daily, describing a trip during class, etc. I love that Manon provides structured exercises while also allowing the classes to adapt to my level, goals and interests. Highly recommend =)
