I like to adapt to my students' needs. Even though it does sound like a cliche it's true. I think that teachers have to adapt depending on who they are teaching. If I teach a quiet introvert I will not behave in the same way as when I am teaching a group of energetic teenagers.내 강의 및 지도 스타일
My students have described my classroom atmosphere as relaxing yet reassuring.
