Tina is an incredible teacher! She takes the time to get to know you, your language level, what tools work best for you, and adapts her lessons to best fit your learning journey. She goes beyond just teaching words and grammar. She has used language learning as a mechanism to make me feel more connected to Iranian culture, and to understand how intertwined language and culture truly are. I couldn’t recommend a better teacher to make you feel confident in the learning process, and help you reach your language goals. As a heritage learner, it’s been an especially meaningful process, and Tina has been so patient, receptive, and encouraging during every lesson. Thank you Tina!

Tina is phenomenal - I usually feel nervous speaking in front of others, but Tina creates an extremely safe, constructive space for learning. I'm really excited for our future lessons.

Tina has been such a wonderful tutor and has collaborated so well to adapt our sessions to be fun and useful. As someone who speaks, reads, and writes a little (with not very much confidence) she has found good ways to jump into getting more comfortable and gaining new phrases/vocab and reading more.
