8년 이상의 경력을 갖춘 공인 한국어 교사 Hello! My name is Pyungan Ahn, and I teach Korean in Gwangju. I earned a master’s degree in materials science and worked as a researcher at an electronics company for four years. Later, I became interested in Korean and studied it. Since 2017, I’ve been teaching Korean. I enjoy history, exercise, science, and politics. I visit the library weekly and read over 20 books a year. I also enjoy jogging, basketball, and listening to the news every day.
저는 광주에서 한국어를 가르치고 있는 안평안입니다. 재료공학 석사를 마치고 전자회사에서 4년간 연구원으로 일했어요. 그 후 한국어에 관심이 생겨 한국어학을 공부했고, 2017년부터 한국어를 가르치고 있습니다.
역사, 운동, 과학기술, 정치외교에 관심이 많으며 책 읽는 걸 좋아합니다. 일주일에 한 번 도서관에 가고, 한 해에 약 20권 이상 읽습니다. 조깅과 농구를 좋아하고, 매일 한 시간 뉴스도 듣습니다.
Many of my students were native English teachers or professors in Korea. I focused on practical Korean for daily life. I also helped students prepare for TOPIK and KIIP. I taught legal terms and case studies to an international lawyer. With a diplomacy major, I discussed inter-Korean issues and North Korean language. Using my background in materials science, I helped a French student with a welding license. I also supported engineering students by explaining core topics in Korean.
한국에 온 영어 원어민 교사나 교수님이 주된 학습자였습니다. 실생활 한국어 표현을 중심으로 수업했고, TOPIK과 KIIP 시험 준비도 도왔습니다. 국제변호사에게 법률 용어와 판례를 가르쳤고, 외교정치 전공자와는 남북관계와 조선어를 다뤘습니다. 재료공학 전공을 살려 외국인의 용접 자격증을 도왔고, 공대 유학생에게 전공 기초 내용을 한국어로 지도한 경험도 있습니다.
