Hello, my name is Mérédith, I am French, and have been living in the UK since 2017 with my cat. 🐱
I am in my third year at university for a Bachelor's degree in English and Didactics, and I will graduate in 2026. As well as French🇫🇷 and English🇬🇧, I can also speak Spanish🇪🇸, and I am learning Korean🇰🇷.
I have given around 4000 French lessons on other online platforms so far, to students ranging from 5 years old to 70+ years old, from all around the world.🌍
I would love to share my knowledge of French with you and help you reaching your objectives. Whether you just want to get started or to improve, I will be there to support you and make this journey fun! 😊🎉지도 경험
My methodology would depend on each of my students, as not everyone will learn the same way.
Oral/conversational practice is essential and the ultimate goal of each lesson; I will provide you with a safe environment where you can enjoy practising your skills and where I will coach you into perfecting your pronunciation, conversation flow, and understanding of the oral language.
I also consider grammar and reading to be essential for an optimal understanding of any language, as well as for broadening your vocabulary, improving your pronunciation and for syntax assimilation, and I will share resources (books, films, articles, lyrics, videos...) with you, that are adapted to your level. 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
Our first session would mainly consist of getting to know each other and assessing your level in French, through a quick conversation in English or French.
Do not worry, however, my only goal here is to see where you are in your learning process and to make sure I provide you with lessons that are not too challenging, whilst still taking you further and further on your French journey.
As well as assessing your level, we would also need to discuss your objectives, for me to be able to tailor a personalised program, taking into consideration your tastes and preferences, to get you to reach your goals. I will also send you a recap PDF at the end of each lesson.내 수업 자료

Mérédith is an excellent teacher! We start every lesson talking about the week/weekend, then discuss open topics, and finally move onto homework.
Homework is 3-4 sets of exercises which Mérédith puts together after each lesson.

10/10 awesome lesson with Mérédith! I have been learning french for 3 years and have been serious about it for 1 year. The class room sessions are great and we spend lots of time working on spoken french and working on correct pronunciation and grammar. Mérédith is really great at understanding my broken french and giving suggestions and corrections to my vocabulary, but still encourages me to try and to make mistakes!
