Hi, I’m Xinyi from China 😊 I worked as an HR professional at a tech company for three years before returning to campus and becoming a student in Paris. Mandarin is my native language, and I have an international background from studying and living in different countries. If you’re looking for a friendly native Chinese speaker to practice with and improve your confidence, you’re very welcome to learn Chinese with me. Let’s enjoy the learning process together! I'm new to tutoring on Italki. However, I have plenty of experience as a language learner, and I'd love to share these experiences. I’m currently learning French on my own, so I truly understand what it feels like to learn a new language. Making mistakes and hesitating is all part of the process. Feel free to book a lesson: no pressure, no judgment - just a supportive space :) I offer conversational Chinese lessons for adults (NO CHILDREN, sorry). The main goal of these lessons is to create a comfortable space where you can speak Chinese freely and build confidence while achieving your personal goals. I aim to create a relaxed and effective learning environment, helping you make steady progress at your own pace. I always try my best to attend all scheduled lessons. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

Chloe is a very supportive and positive teacher. Lessons with her are always interesting, and conversations feel natural and engaging. She often introduces new Chinese words and expressions, which really helps expand my vocabulary. After each lesson I actually feel more energized than before. I really enjoy studying with her and would definitely recommend her as a teacher.

I'm on my 8th lesson with Xinyi and I feel like I'm progressing very quickly. The lessons are fluid and the dialogues allow me to practice the vocabulary learned during the lesson. She's also very nice and funny you'll progress a lot with her :)
