Hi I’m Jin, your Korean teacher.
I was born and raised in Korea and live in Seoul.
I enjoy traveling around the world and also learning languages. I was in New Zealand for a working holiday. It was so much fun! If you like traveling, we can have a chat about it :)지도 경험
When I was on a working holiday in New Zealand, I met friends who wanted to learn Korean, and we started exchanging languages. It was a fun way to learn a language and share our cultures.
I’ve also completed my Korean language teaching certification, and I’m really looking forward to using it to make my classes enjoyable and meaningful for everyone. 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
My classes focus on speaking and conversation. You’ll learn natural expressions, useful words, and grammar you can actually use in everyday life. I can also teach you fun and trendy Korean slang used by Gen Z in Korea. We’ll also bring in fun things like K-dramas, music, and YouTube, so studying never feels boring. Jin is a very kind teacher. She cares about her students. She helps us feel comfortable; she is also very cheerful and proud of us when we do well on an exercise.

Today was my first class with teacher Jin and she was great! She prepared a PPT where we checked my Korean level and did some exercises for structure, but mainly we just talked a lot, as it was a conversational class. She is very friendly and bubbly, lets you speak and corrects you or rephrases your sentence when needed, without ever disturbing you in the middle of the sentence. She's great at making you feel confident speaking which is exactly what I need!
So if you're looking for a conversational class in an encouraging environment, you can count on teacher Jin!
