Hi! I’m Kanna from Japan 🌸
I grew up in Nagasaki and have been living in Tokyo for over 20 years. I’m fluent in English, so beginners are very welcome! I’ve taught Japanese to students from various countries and know how to explain in a way that’s easy to understand for non-native speakers.
I can help you learn business Japanese from a global perspective as well as everyday conversational Japanese, tailored to your pace and goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, reading novels, and watching Japanese dramas and anime. Let’s enjoy learning Japanese together!지도 경험

In my lessons, we usually use the Genki textbooks as a base to build your grammar and vocabulary step by step.
I like to make lessons practical and interactive, so we often practice natural conversations using what you’ve just learned.

Had my first lesson with Kanna-san. She encouraged me to speak as much as possible and really use the vocabulary I’ve learned in the past, while also giving helpful suggestions for improvement. It was a great class—highly recommend!

I had my second Japanese class with Kanna, and it went really well. She does a great job encouraging me to speak more Japanese and helping me express myself using what I already know. I feel more confident after each lesson and really enjoy learning with her.
