Hi! My name is Dain, and I'm Korean.
I went to high school in Canada, and I currently live in the US.
Because I’ve lived abroad for many years, I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and sharing Korean culture through conversation.
If you’re looking for a friendly and patient tutor, I’d love to help you learn Korean naturally and confidently!

As a teacher, I like to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere where you can speak without fear of making mistakes.
Since English isn’t my first language either, I truly understand how challenging it can be to learn a new one.
My lessons focus on natural conversation — not strict grammar — so you can learn how Koreans really talk in daily life.

In my classes, we try to speak Korean as much as possible.
If you find it difficult to speak in Korean, don’t worry — I can explain things in English too!
Most of my lessons are focused on daily conversation practice.
Each lesson is customized to your goals and learning style — whether you prefer free talking, using a textbook, or a mix of both.
After every class, I provide a recording and detailed feedback so you can review comfortably and see your progress.
We can also talk about daily life, hobbies, K-pop, dramas, or any topic you’re interested in.

Teacher Dain is very friendly, patient, and polite, and she makes the atmosphere of the lesson very cozy and comfortable 🥹. I was so nervous to speak Korean after such a long time, but thanks to her, I was able to speak much more confidently during the lesson. Even though it was my first lesson with her, I definitely recommend Teacher Dain's lessons 😊. She also provided detailed feedback. I’m looking forward to booking more lessons!
