Patient and Experienced Tutor | Specializing in Daily Conversation, Beginner-Friendly Lessons Hi! My name is Yun (云). I’m passionate about teaching and love sharing cultural insights with my students. It brings me great joy to see my students grow and enhance their language skills.
I’ve visited over 30 countries and explored 45+ cities in China. This global experience helps me connect with learners from every corner of the globe, and I’m excited to bring this perspective into our lessons.
Outside of teaching and traveling, I enjoy hiking, exercising, and trying new things. I’m fluent in English and have self-taught Japanese, so I understand the challenges of learning a new language and can guide you through a systematic approach to mastering Chinese.
My lessons are designed to be beginner-friendly, focusing on building your skills step by step and using themed lessons to get you speaking daily conversations quickly.
I have successfully taught several Mandarin to English-speaking students and always ensure clear communication in English during our lessons to support their learning.
For beginners, I teach step by step from pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar to conversation until you reach your learning goals, including daily conversation, traveling, etc.
For intermediate or advanced speakers, we can have conversations or read news articles together to further develop your language skills.
