Hello everybody ! My name is Romain, or Romeñ as we write it in Breton, and I come originally from Brittany. I am now living in Germany, after several years in UK and Canada, respecting the Breton tradition of traveling around the world!
I work in Sales, as it gives me the opportunity to travel a lot for work, and to practice the many languages i speak. I love hiking, kayaking, meeting new people and cooking.
I used to participate in a Breton radio show when i lived in Paris.
I speak Breton, but also French, English, German, Russian and Spanish and would be happy to teach you Breton through any of these languages.지도 경험
I am a learner before being a teacher, and as i know how to trick my brain into learning, i can use similar methods to teach. This way learning feels natural and easy.
I also teach as a job. Not languages, but things such as fingerprint photography or document examination. This takes most of my time, and teaching on iTalki is more of a hobby for me.
I am aware the demand for Breton is low. So I do not always update my calendar every week. Therefore, if you are interested in learning Breton or learning about Breton, just write me and i will find some availabilities for you, or i am also more than happy to share some advice and ressources to help you learn on your own. 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
I adapt to your needs !
1) Most lessons I gave here are for people on the other side of the world, curious about Breton language, so the class ends up being more of an analysis of the Breton language, and some cultural information about Brittany.
2) With those interested in actually learning the language, we try to build the basic structure of the language little by little. I also share plenty of learning resources so that students can learn on their own, and only book a class to clarify or go deeper.
3) Breton music is our treasure, so learning through music is always a great way to experience real life vocabulary, and to revise your lesson by simply adding a tune to your playlist !내 수업 자료

Wow! Romeñ gave me a fascinating overview of Breton. He clearly has deep knowledge of and passion for the language and explained everything so clearly. It was an interesting and illuminating lesson!

Cette première leçon a été excellente :) Romen m'a donné un aperçu très constructif de la langue bretonne et on a abordé la syntaxe d'une phrase simple, avec toutes les nuances qui n'existent pas vraiment en français. Merci :)

excellent cours de niveau plus avancé que le premier. Romeñ maîtrise son sujet et sais transmettre sa passion pour la linguistique celtique et ses trésors grammaticaux comme le singulatif. Il a une excellente prononciation du breton KLT et fourni des ressources précieuses à chaque leçon pour poursuivre l'étude de manière autodidacte. Trugarez !

cette troisième leçon a été particulièrement riche en apprentissage des formes parlées et écrites du breton Vannetais, très éloignées du "standard" KLT. Romen a ainsi su souligné l'éclectisme de la culture bretonne, puis il a proposé une version corrigée de "me zo ganet e kreiz ar mor", car celle publiée sur le site breizhinfo.com contient des erreurs sur des adjectifs possessifs. Je suis ravi d'avoir pu saisir la rudesse de la vie insulaire Groisillonne à travers cette heure de cours ! Merci

la leçon s'est très bien déroulée et j'ai appris la base de construction de phrases simples du quotidien. Romen s'est montré pédagogue et prend le temps nécessaire pour les points de grammaires les plus délicats. Il a une culture approfondie et étayée de la langue bretonne et de ses dialectes KLT et Bro Gwened. Trugarez vraz !
