After 3 lessons with Mar, I find her to be a fantastic teacher. I spend a lot of time in a Spanish speaking country and fluency by year end is my goal.
I am an intermediate student with holes in some areas and I needed someone with the flexibility to tailor lessons. I also like homework and grammar exercises and needed someone willing to put the time in that's required for more traditional instruction.
Mar not only nails it on all fronts but keeps things fun and is super motivational. I did trial lessons with a few teachers and am so glad I found her.

Maria is a natural teacher so her lesson plan flows well. I appreciate that since I’m a little ADD!
