Taking a class with Taka is like taking a class with my friend. Although he always has lessons ready to teach me, many times we end up discussing a variety of other topics because I love asking questions. Me being a curious person is not a problem for Taka because he is patient and always ready with answers. He gives examples and uses photos to help explain and make sure I understand. Best of all, Taka speaks at a pace that I can comprehend. He is able to speed up the pace or slow down if I give a questioning look. I always look forward to my classes with Taka. Thank you.

Taka is a very patient and attentive teacher. What I appreciate most is that he takes the time to correct my vocabulary, expressions, and every sentence in detail. This is exactly what I was looking for in a language teacher, and these corrections have been incredibly helpful for my progress. I always enjoy our lessons and highly recommend him to anyone who wants detailed, constructive feedback.

I like how Maxime explained how he would help me obtain my goal and targeting areas that I personally don't feel like I need to work on despite the fact that it is vital in language learning. As hard as I find it to deal with, I was still content knowing that he had a plan for me and was able to push me through helping me build my confidence. It was definitely challenging and I know that is one of the best ways to accomplish fluency in the language.

First Lesson. Great lesson. Spoke very slowly, clearly, and at my level. Asked good practice questions and helped me walk through a DELF A2 past paper. Pretty positive and encouraging.
