Hello!
My name is Madelyn and I double majored in Environmental Science and Media Communication.
I am interested in many different topics such as movies, music and learn new languages.
If you are curious about Korean language and culture, come and join my classes!
If there is one thing that I believe is that there is nothing wrong about not knowing something. I understand the difficulty of learning a new language, like not being sure where to begin or being worried about making mistakes.
So, if you ever struggle during my Korean classes, feel free to let me know, I will be happy to help you!
Let’s work together and learn Korean in a thorough and practical way!
지도 경험
- Korean language lessons to international students (academic and internships placements)
- Tutor for middle school students
In my classes, we use different books depending on the students’ language level and focus on the 4 essential parts of a language: speaking, listening, reading and writing. Depending on the students’ language level, each part will have different degrees of difficulty.
Students in my class are encouraged to learn Korean through “active learning”, i.e., rather than memorization, they actively apply what they have learned (e.g., writing or speaking exercises).
