Γεια σας! I’m Maria, a native Greek teacher with a deep love for sharing my language—both modern and ancient—through its rich history and culture. Holding degrees in Archaeology and Art History, I weave fascinating stories into lessons, making Greek come alive for beginners, travelers, or university students. Having taught in Italy for 4 years and trained in teaching Greek as a foreign language, I adapt to your goals, whether it’s ordering *souvlaki* or reading Plato. Let’s explore Greek together—fun, mistakes, and all! I consider myself a teacher who combines strong professional skills with genuine human qualities, which allows me to create a positive, effective, and supportive learning environment. One of my greatest advantages as a teacher is my ability to understand my students not only as learners, but also as individuals. I am attentive to their needs, emotions, and personalities, and this helps me adapt my teaching approach to suit different learning styles and levels.
