(In Japanese) こんにちは！Yukaです🌸 私は東京出身で、アメリカのサンディエゴに1年間滞在したことがあります🌴🌅 また母が台湾人なので、中国語も身近な言語です！ 現在は英語を使って、ITセキュリティのお仕事をしています。 副業として東京のツアーガイドもしています🙋‍♀️ 会話をしながら楽しく言語や文化を学ぶ時間がとても好きです🫶 (In English) Hello! I’m Yuka 🌸 I’m originally from Tokyo, and I spent a year living in San Diego, California 🌴🌅 My mother is Taiwanese, so Chinese has always been a familiar language to me as well. I currently work in IT security using English, and I also work as a tour guide in Tokyo as a side job 🙋‍♀️ I really enjoy spending time learning languages and cultures through fun conversations🫶 (In Japanese) 『伝えたいことを自分の言葉で表現できるようになること』 を大切にしています。 まずは日常会話ができるようになることを目標に！ 日常会話ができるようになったら、次はもう一歩レベルアップ⤴️ ボキャブラリーを増やして、表現の幅を広げていきましょう。 (In English) "Express what you want to say in your own words." This is what I value most in my class. Our first goal is to get you comfortable with everyday conversation! Once you can handle daily conversations, we’ll take it a step further ⤴️— expanding your vocabulary and broadening the range of expressions you can use. I had a wonderful Japanese class with Yuka today. We first went over my two Japanese paragraphs that I can use on my trip to Japan. Then Yuka gave me Japanese phrases I can use while I am traveling in Japan. The class was a good one today to help build my confidence in using the Japanese language.

I had a very good Japanese class with Yuka today. Yuka was very patient, kind and encouraging in our class. Yuka gave me some words and phrases that will be most helpful to use on my upcoming trip to Japan.

It’s like a loosely structured dialogue, which I like. Very good about writing things down so you can study them over the week. Natural and personable. Decided to take Japanese on a whim and clicked on the first person I saw, glad I got yuka!

I had a great Japanese class with Yuka today. We read through two Japanese paragraphs that I gave her. Yuka helped me with the Japanese pronunciation. Yuka also helped by giving me some useful Japanese phrases to use for my upcoming trip to Japan.
