Native French Teacher with Master Degree in Didactics and DELF Examiner I am a native French teacher. I have extensive experience in language learning myself, as I studied Dutch language at university and now have a B2 level in Dutch. I am currently learning Spanish because I have lately become particularly interested in Hispanic culture. In addition, I have lived in several foreign countries: first in Flanders (the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium), and right now in Romania. Learning foreign languages is therefore part of my daily life.
I hold a Master’s degree in Language Didactics (with highest honors) and I am also a certified DELF examiner and marker (A1–B2). I have taught a wide range of learners: adults with migrant backgrounds in France, illiterate learners, adults of all ages abroad, teenagers aged 11 to 18, and university students.
Besides my passion for teaching and language learning, I am also passionate about history and politics. I enjoy hiking and I love dogs.
My teaching approach is based on the task-based approach, in accordance with the CEFR recommendations. Classes are conducted entirely in French in order to ensure maximum immersion (although I can provide support in Dutch or English if needed). I work with authentic documents and realistic situations.
I like using French method books like Edito, Inspire, Adopshère, and digital tools
I develop all language skills: speaking, listening comprehension and pronunciation (phonetics), writing, and reading comprehension.
