English, German & Turkish tutor 🎀 Hi, I’m Sevgi. I’m from Germany and Turkey, and I’ve been living in the UK since 2022. I’m a TESOL-certified English teacher and multilingual tutor offering lessons in English, German and Turkish.
I genuinely enjoy teaching because I like helping students feel more confident, especially when speaking feels scary or uncomfortable at first. My lessons are calm, friendly and encouraging, but also structured enough to help you make progress step by step.
I work with children, teenagers and adults. Depending on your goal, we can practise everyday conversation, pronunciation, useful vocabulary, grammar support, school topics, travel language, work communication, interview preparation or exam-style practice.
In my lessons, I use real-life situations, practical phrases, role plays, speaking activities and clear corrections. I adapt each lesson to your age, level and goals, so you feel supported without feeling overwhelmed.
For younger learners, I keep lessons simple, playful and interactive. For adults, I focus on language you can use in daily life, work, travel, interviews and real conversations.
As someone who speaks multiple languages, I understand how challenging it can feel to express yourself in another language. That is why I create a relaxed space where mistakes are normal, questions are welcome and progress happens one step at a time.
