I feel like each class with Eric gets even better than the last as he tailors each lesson to his students' individual needs. He always prepares topics and words beforehand, but there's enough flexibility where we can talk and let the conversation flow naturally and have fun during class. :) Thank you Eric for teaching me a lot about humorous phrases and expressions. Hopefully I can keep learning more.

Exactly what's needed to practice your spoken Chinese!

Today was another day of interesting conversation where we discussed the subtle differences and shades of meaning in a lot of Chinese expressions. I'm still mostly a beginner, but the richness of the language makes adding to my vocabulary very enjoyable.

Eric is a fantastic teacher! Really well-prepared, organized and structured. But at the same time open to spontaneous activities such as chatting about other topics outside of the lesson. He also teaches a lot of cultural facts about China that will not only help me understand the language better, but also the people who speak it! Highly recommended and see you next time Eric.

Today was another day of practical conversation with Eric, who is very skilled at asking questions to keep things moving. His vocabulary in English is fantastic, so that his translations of Chinese expressions are always spot on. I highly recommend the recording feature of italki so that you can revisit proper pronunciations over and over.
