### At the moment, I'm unable to take more absolute beginners ###
Hi!
My name is Thuy. I grew up in Hanoi and lived there for more than 20 years. Therefore, northern Vietnamese is the dialect I'm comfortable with. But I'm also familiar with southern dialect since I currently live in Hoi An.
As a curious [introvert] person and a [pretty calm] vegan, I love learning about cultures, animals, environment and planet. My unusual hobbies are feeding animals, playing board games, kayaking, and creating videos for learning Vietnamese. Many of my videos were made with inspiration from lessons with my students. So I hope we can both encourage each other to learn better and work better.지도 경험
I became an English teacher in 2016 but I started teaching Vietnamese online in 2018.
I don't want to think of myself as a teacher, cause I want to be more like a friend, a companion who helps you learn Vietnamese. I understand the difficulties that many learners fear or have, so I have been trying to make myself like a Vietnamese friend whom you can trust and comfortably speak with.
The other reason I never want to think of myself as a teacher to my students is that I have been learning a lot from them, from academic knowledges to cultural, everyday life, etc... I'm grateful to have opportunities being their companion on the way to master Vietnamese so I'm sure I'll try my best for you too내 강의 및 지도 스타일
At the moment I focus in teaching conversational Vietnamese. Therefore, it's very important for us to have good, fun conversations during lessons with zero-stress atmosphere, even if you're absolute beginners. I'll try my best to help you speak confidently with short Vietnamese conversations from day 1.
There are 2 types of lessons:
1. Tailor-made style:
The lesson will be customized to your level, requirement or interest. You will receive as much support as you need. Ideally for beginner and pre-intermediate students.
2. General Conversations:
- This option is suitable for Intermediate, Advanced learners to improve speaking skill to become more confidently and naturally.내 수업 자료
